Eric Seaver (writer/director, Michael Kallio) is a man haunted by his past. Barry, his alcoholic stepfather (Gunner Hanson, Texas Chainsaw Massacre,) has subjected Eric and his mother to a lifetime of physical and psychological abuse. When Eric gets a job transcribing autopsy reports, something snaps. With the help of a very real demon (Michael Robert Brandon) and against the will of his guardian angel (Jeffery Steiger), Eric becomes so consumed by the hatred of his stepfather that he must have his revenge. After killing his stepfather Eric sinks deeper and deeper into the darkness. He leaves Jamie, his fiancé, and wanders the streets at night looking for his next target. Spending his time in seedy diners and underground bars he runs into a series of people who have been victimized in the same way he has. Under the control of The Demon, Eric decides that the only way to end the madness is to put the victims out of their misery by murdering them. When the bodies begin to pile up, Detective Glenn Usher starts to suspect his friend Eric, but with no evidence to support his suspicions he cannot put a stop to the crimes. However, when Detective Usher's own wife turns up dead he knows Eric must be guilty. Now the race is on to stop Eric from killing his next target, Jamie, the love of his life. In the final bloody confrontation, will the Angel or the Demon win control of Eric's mind? Reviews:
